Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a quadruple Leo, a 2/4 Manifesting Generator, a huge Nora Ephron fan and I don’t drink coffee. When I’m at my desk I’m most curious about the soul, stories that make my heart ache, and the psychology of self respect. As a former model turned memoirist, I work at the intersection of self-worth, creativity, and the quiet power of enoughness.

When I’m not writing you’ll find me in the kitchen, reading on the beach or rearranging the furniture (I just graduated as an interior designer!) The daughter of two Leos, you’ll also find me planning elaborate dinner parties and making excuses to gather, no matter what the season.

But perhaps my deepest passion is helping others bring their creative dreams to life—moving them from “someday” into lived reality. I have two kids, multiple businesses and several investment properties: I know how busy life gets. I believe we must create anyway.

Write the book. Paint the canvas. Direct the movie.
